Our work also extends to apartment buildings which also includes assisted living communities as well as multi-family units.
Project Management
The US Builders Team works with you on the overall planning, drawing review, coordination, and control of a project from inception to completion. We will assign a project manager, field superintendent, engineer and other staff members as required to effectively manage the construction process. From obtaining the proper permits to on-site construction supervision, we will create a team of trade contractors and procure the equipment to make sure the job is done and with the proper compliance. From roof to foundation our primary goal is safety.
Cost Control
We pride ourselves on transparency and will work with you on cost and quality control in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project.
Budget development and management combined with conceptual and detailed estimating helps to improve the logistics in order to evaluate how best to schedule and begin the pre-construction mock-up and exploratory phase.
